Most applications are reviewed within three working days. Platinum applications go to the credentials committee.

Who we can and cannot admit
We admit
- Registered medical practitioners in any country
- Cardiology and cardiac-surgery trainees in an accredited programme
- Postgraduate residents (MD, DNB, MRCP, equivalent)
- Allied cardiac specialists — anaesthesia, intensive care, radiology, cardiac nursing leadership
- Academic clinicians, researchers and medical educators
We cannot admit
- Applicants without a verifiable primary medical qualification
- Undergraduate medical students (a separate student track is planned)
- Commercial or industry representatives seeking a clinical listing
- Anyone whose registration is currently suspended or under sanction

Membership FAQ
No. Every tier is a one-year membership billed once. Nothing renews automatically — we email you before expiry and you decide.
None of those. It is a professional membership and a verified recognition of standing. It does not confer clinical privileges, licensure or a postgraduate qualification, and we will never imply that it does.
Each badge carries a unique verification URL on the Academy domain showing your name, tier, issue date and status. Editors, programme directors and employers can check it without contacting you.
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated — you pay only the difference and your expiry date does not change.
You receive a full refund. We do not keep the fee for an application we decline.
No. The Academy admits doctors across specialties, though the teaching material is cardiology-weighted. Anaesthetists, intensivists, physicians and radiologists make up a significant share of the membership.
It moves to an inactive state and stops appearing in search. Your certificate remains valid for the year it was issued — we do not retroactively withdraw a credential you earned.
Pricing is set in Indian rupees and processed through Razorpay, which accepts international cards. If you pay on a non-INR card your issuer applies its own conversion rate; we add no surcharge of our own.
Yes — institutional and group memberships are available for five or more doctors. Contact us for a proforma invoice.
